I have a broad range of interests. I sold websites in the internet's infancy; inspected class-III electronics; co-founded a record label; helped build the fourth-largest newspaper group in the US; developed curricula for public and private educational institutions; expanded the ideonomic theories of Patrick Gunkel; consulted for governmental entities; and extensively taught physics, engineering, and computer science.
Books
My most recently published work is a second-world fantasy novel, Substance: A Hypersigil. My first non-fiction book, Magic Without Belief: A Field Guide for Operators, is being edited and prepared for publication. I am currently writing my second non-fiction book, Second-Order Magic.

Education
I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Radio-TV-Film from the University of Texas, where I studied under Karl Gebhardt (astronomy), Sandy Stone (convergent media) and Tom Palaima (classics). I earned my Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of the People, with a focus on organizational leadership.
